Devil's Night Apocalypse Parade
What: A Hurricane can't keep our Halloween Spirit Down! A walking parade through the French Quarter, Everyone is welcome to join or watch. The theme is Apocalypse, but dress however you like. Bring all the old Mardi Gras beads you can carry, we're going to need throws if we can't find somewhere open to buy some.
When: Sunday October 30th, Devil's Night
9:30 p.m. Line-up, 10 p.m. March
Where: Flanagan's Pub, 625 Saint Philip in the Quarter
Why: Because we can, and we should, it's that simple.
Music to be provided by: The Noisition Coalition and The 1911 Drum Corps
Tentative Route: We'll be ending at the Dervish, 1135 Decatur, and hitting One Eyed Jacks along the way, so chances are the route will include Royal Street, Decatur Street, Jackson Square and a crossing of Bourbon at some point.
Plan? We don't need no stinking plan! We'll go where our feet and alcohol takes us! ;)
